EGADDS! Nancy Bailey-Pratt is coming! You may remember hearing Nancy Bailey's
name associated with Senior Photography, which is probably her first love
in the Portrait Photography Business. This time however, Nancy will be sharing
with us her techniques on posing, combining some of the classic rules from
the old masters with the more contemporary styles of today. She will give
some pointers on posing different body shapes and why some things work for
some personalities and not others. Come and see what other surprises she
might include and you might even find out what EGADDS means to Nancy.
 
Nancy Bailey-Pratt M. Photog. Cr. of Anderson, Indiana began her photographic
career after graduating form Rochester Institute of Technology. She photographed
her first wedding over 38 years ago yet officially opened her studio 31
years ago. Although she is most well known
For her Senior Photography, Nancy's studio is well respected in her area
for Family, Wedding, and Children's photography as well.
 
Being a big believer in education, Nancy has attended many of the Affiliated
Schools, taught at least 4 of them and continually attends seminars and
conventions and she is often still found sitting in the front row. Over
the years, she has collected over 200 awards, been named Photographer of
the Year several times, featured in PPA Magazine and was one of only 150
photographers around the country to be invited to exhibit an album in the
Hall of Fame's permanent album collection. She received her Craftsman Degree
in 1988 and her Masters in 1989.
 
Having been a member of PPA since 1968, Nancy has been active in photography
organizations her entire career in photography. She is presently a member
of PPA, PPI, IPPG, ASP, SPI and the Daguerre Club. She serves on council
for PPA, is the Indiana Representative for ASP and past president of IPPG,
PPI and Daguerre Club of Indiana.
