Jennifer became a full business partner with Mark Garber Photography in 2000. Jennifer is a cum laude graduate with a Bachelors in Business Management and Marketing. She is also the ultimate connoisseur of business and marketing books, which she utilizes everyday in her own studios. Jennifer, along with some business partners, also established two totally new studios in 2006 bringing her total to three. She also volunteers for the Ohio Institute of Photography and Technology and is a member of the American Marketing Association.

Photographically, Jennifer is also a powerhouse. In 2007, she was awarded the PPA "Diamond Level" Photographer of the Year award. She also received the "Platinum Level" POTY in 2006. She earned her Master of Photography and Photographic Craftsman Degrees in just three short years, mostly from Loan Collection Entries. In 2005 and 2007 she was awarded the Top Wedding album in the Nation award from the PPA She is the ultimate in album designs, which is proven in her incredible "9 for 9" Loan Collection Album entries.
