Innovation has always been an important

and it is changing the relationship between professional photographers,
their clients, and consumers. As a result, professional photographers have

clients most important moments in ways that will live for generations.
Martin Murray is the founder and CEO of The Murson Group, a strategic planning
consultancy dedicated to creating sustainable innovation capability for
tomorrows world. His clients include Fortune 25 corporations, small growth
companies, and entrepreneurial start-ups. Martin reframes how they think
about innovation, developing new business models and opportunities for driving
growth in a constantly changing future.
Prior to founding The Murson Group, Martin spent almost 30 years developing
a wide range of innovative new products at the Procter and Gamble Company,
the Cincinnati based consumer products giant and one of Business Weeks Top
10 Worlds Most Innovative Companies. Throughout his career, he has worked
with consumers around the world to identify and then create the next generation
of product benefits. Over the past 10 years, he has led a variety of global
Research & Development organizations and recently retired as Director
of Innovation Capability for the companys $22 billion global Beauty
Care businesses.
Martin and his wife live in Cincinnati with three of their five children
while the oldest two attend college (Go Badgers & Trojans !). He bought
his first SLR in 1975 and has been a avid photographer ever since, capturing
his travels and family moments whenever possible.
